Notwithstanding any of these terms, we do not intend to exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We have no liability to You for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. To the maximum extent permissible at law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms howsoever arising in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to £250 or the value of your purchase whichever is lower.

All products are sold as described and detailed on the relevant sales pages within our site. Prices are stated clearly and delivery charges do apply on physical products.

REFUND POLICY

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your MENTORSHIP ONLY purchase within 14 days of the transaction date provided that the service has not yet been delivered or commenced.
If you cancel within this 14-day period, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

To cancel within this period, you must contact us in writing (via email or our contact form) before the 14-day period ends.

2. After 14 Days

After the 14-day period has expired, no refunds will be issued if you change your mind, decide not to use the service, or otherwise choose to cancel for personal reasons.
Payment made after this period is considered non-refundable, and you acknowledge that we are entitled to retain the full amount in line with applicable consumer law.

3. Non-Delivery or Failure to Provide Service

If we fail to deliver or commence the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe, you may contact us to request a refund or an alternative resolution.
This does not apply to delays caused by factors beyond our control or by your failure to provide required information, materials, or cooperation.

IN PERSON EVENTS

All in person event tickets are non-refundable. the only way a refund will be provided is if the event is cancelled or rescheduled on our own behalf as a company.

Physical Products

Deliveries outside of the UK (for example Republic of Ireland) may be subject to additional costs and fees. This varies depending on location, so please be sure to conduct your own research for your location before placing your order. These potential fees will be your responsibility and can occur after ordering and will NOT be refunded. This is clearly stated before adding to your basket and is also reiterated in our terms and conditions. By placing your order you accept that you have read these terms and accept that you will not to pay any additional fees that your location requires.

The law provides you as a consumer with the entitlement to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or misdescribed. 

You can refund your order for any physical product up to 14 days after your order is delivered if it is faulty or misdescribed. Unless, the product is personalised and/or custom made, or you have used or damaged the product then no refund will be available. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and either faulty or misdescribed. It can not be returned if you change your mind about the product or decide you no longer want it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Illogical Success at Maria House, 35 Millers Rd, Brighton BN1 5NP. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND ORDER NAME ON PAPER INSIDE THE PARCEL TO QUALIFY.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we recommend keeping your receipt for proof of postage and tracking the shipping.

Depending on where you live, and postal times, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 days depending on your bank.

If your physical item is shown as ‘delivered’ on our tracking system then this is what we will trust always and this will override any claims of missing items. We will always provide the customer with tracking proof if requested and required by the customer.

Electronic & Digital Services

Should you decide to purchase a coaching program, course or membership from this site then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about purchasing you are entitled to a refund for up to 14 days following the purchase. Should your coaching program access start instantly within that 14-day period and you decide to cancel then you will be refunded, but the amount of any coaching sessions or value received will be deducted from your refund. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

If you make an electronic purchase (for example the 1% house) then you will be sent a link for a direct download or direct access.  At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your express consent to receiving the download or access immediately. In agreeing to receive the download or access at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.

If you are to purchase one of our online courses, you will be sent a link for instant access. At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your express consent to receiving access immediately. In agreeing to access the course or program instantly at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.

Our courses are hosted via Teachable.com. You can find more information regarding the Teachable terms of use here.

If you have opted for one of our payment plans to pay off your Membership, Course or Program in instalments you understand that you are committed to paying off that full payment plan no matter circumstances.

If your monthly payment is late, a late fee of 4% will be added per day that payment continues to be late. We will contact you directly via email to notify you, or Teachable will notify you. If in the rare occurrence that a payment is to bounce, you have 24 hour grace period to rectify before late fees begin to be added on top of your monthly payment.

Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist. 

For all payments that are not made within 24 hours you will lose access to the membership, course, program or for 1-1 coaching and mastermind your coaching will be paused until payment is made and you are up to date with your payment plan.

Any missed coaching sessions will not be refunded. it is your duty to stay up to date with payments.

The 1% House Membership DISCLAIMERS:

By using the “The 1% House Food Shopping List”, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Illogical Success is not a certified nutritionist, dietitian, or medical professional. The shopping list provided through this service is based on general information about real, whole foods and does not constitute personalised nutrition advice or a treatment plan. Any information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. All based on our personal experience and is not professional advice nor is it one size fits all.
2. Before making any significant changes to your diet or nutrition, you should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider, nutritionist, or dietitian.
3. While the aim of this service is to promote healthier food choices, Styling Social does not guarantee specific health outcomes as a result of following the shopping list. Each individual’s body and nutritional needs are different, and the effectiveness of dietary changes may vary.

By using the “The 1% House Tappings and somatic classes”, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Illogical Success is not a certified EFT/Somatic practitioner or a licensed healthcare professional. The techniques and methods used during these sessions are based on personal experience and general understanding of EFT and somatics. Our guidance should not be considered professional therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
2. You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider, therapist, or mental health professional before using EFT and somatics.
3. While many people find EFT and somatics to be beneficial, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Each individual’s experience with EFT/somatics may vary, and there is no promise of healing, relief, or improvement.
4. By participating in EFT tapping sessions and somatic movement, you assume full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Any decisions you make based on this experience are entirely your own responsibility.

By using the “The 1% House Mirror Work”, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Illogical Success is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health professional. The techniques and suggestions shared during Mirror Work sessions are intended for personal development, self-reflection, and emotional exploration. This practice does not constitute therapy, counseling, or any form of professional mental health treatment.
2. If you have any existing mental health conditions, emotional difficulties, or concerns, it is strongly advised that you consult with a qualified mental health professional before engaging in Mirror Work. This practice is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental or emotional disorders.
3. Your participation in Mirror Work is entirely voluntary. You understand that Mirror Work involves deep emotional reflection, which may bring up challenging thoughts or feelings. You take full responsibility for your emotional and psychological well-being during and after the practice.

7. You have the right to discontinue Mirror Work at any time if you feel uncomfortable or emotionally overwhelmed. If necessary, you are encouraged to seek support from a mental health professional.
